Photo Gallery of my 2010 Trip to a Secondary School in Northern Uganda

This photo gallery highlights some of the experiences I had during a trip I took to the Nebbi Standard College (a secondary school in northern Uganda) between July 31, 2010 and August 7, 2010. The school was founded by Dr. Betty Udongo, who I met while we were both Ph.D. students at Western Michigan University in 2004. The school is located in one of the most impoverished regions of Uganda where people earn the equivalent of less than 1 American dollar per day. The story that I tell highlights both the sufferings and the joys that I witnessed during my short time there. Welcome to my journey into a world that was radically different from anything that I have ever before experienced.  Click on the images below to go to each of the 8 pages.
